Sarson Ka Saag Recipe is a delicious popular winter recipe in Northern part of India made with fresh sarson leaves. <br /> <br />Ingredients:- <br /> <br />For The Saag:- <br />Mustard Greens <br />Spinach Leaves <br />Roughly Chopped Ginger <br />Green Chillies <br />Sliced Garlic <br />Turmeric Powder <br />Chilli Powder <br />Salt <br />Water <br />Corn Flour <br /> <br />For The Tadka:- <br />Ghee <br />Cumin Seeds <br />Chopped Garlic <br />Chopped Onion <br />¼ Red Chilli Powder <br />Salt <br />Garam Masala <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />The Saag:- <br />Mix the spinach leaves and mustard greens and add them to a pressure cooker. Add ginger, green chillies, garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder and water to it. Cook all these ingredients for 5-7 whistles. After the lid is opened add corn flour and let it thicken on low flame. <br /> <br />The Tadka:- <br />Take a pan and add ghee, cumin seeds, garlic and onion to it.
